Eligibility In order to use our services as an Expert, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
User Conduct You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Experts shall not use our services to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities. Experts shall not post or transmit any content that is offensive, defamatory, or that infringes on any intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties. Clients shall not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this User Agreement, describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
Intellectual Property All content and materials on the FMiMBranding.ca website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of FMiMBranding.ca or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Experts shall retain ownership of any content they create and submit to the FMiMBranding.ca platform. Clients shall retain ownership of any content they provide to Experts for the purpose of completing a project. You may not use any content or materials on the FMiMBranding.ca website for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranty FMiMBranding.ca provides its services “as is” and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services or the information, content, materials, or products included on our website. We do not warrant that our services or website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we shall not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
Payment and Dispute Resolution Experts shall be paid by Clients through the FMiMBranding.ca platform, according to the terms agreed upon by both parties for each project. In case of disputes between Clients and Experts, FMiMBranding.ca will assist in resolving the dispute to the best of our ability but we will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred.
By using FMiMBranding.ca’s services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement. We reserve the right to update or modify this User Agreement at any time and without notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes to this User Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this User Agreement, please do not use our services.
